“User” refers to any individual or entity using GatePal™, including residents, guards, society administrators, staff, and visitors where applicable.

“Society” refers to residential societies, gated communities, apartments, or campuses using GatePal™.

“Services” refers to all features, software, tools, and functionalities provided through GatePal™.


  1. Scope of Services

GatePal™ provides a digital platform for:

Entry and exit tracking

Society and community management

Visitor and staff movement logging

Notifications, approvals, and operational records

GatePal™ acts as a technology service provider only and does not replace physical security, guards, or society governance.


  1. Eligibility

By using GatePal™, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, or

You are using GatePal™ under the supervision or authorization of a society or legal guardian.


  1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Use GatePal™ only for lawful and authorized purposes

Follow society rules and applicable laws

GatePal™ is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.


  1. Use of Data

GatePal™ collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using GatePal™, you consent to such data collection and usage strictly for service delivery, security, and operational purposes.


  1. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Misuse or attempt to bypass GatePal™ security features
